The house specialty which is beef curry, was on offer -- its a sirloin cut, so it doesn't have to be cooked long to be as soft and succulent as it was. The special ingredient is MD ambarella chutney, which gives it a lovely tang.
He served it with a cumber yorghert ritha, and and biriyani rice!
