They're probably in the phone book, so call up and demand payment.
Art directors and visualisers in ad agencies routinely search image banks like Corbis and Getty for comp images for visuals or mockups, and the more unscrupulous agencies try to use these comp images for the final ad. Lately a lot of art guys have been surfing Flickr too, and that's how they got to you.
The only way to prevent this is to restrict access to your Flickr images.
I do believe you can hit them for a fair piece of monetary compensation. You could even go after the client. That would really screw these guys good.... :)
